So you have a design. Your vision on how you want to present it has a direction. You fairly know how to do your 3d model and you know how that render button works. What’s lacking? Maybe some extra oomph? Plus, added visualization and better execution wouldn’t hurt too. I think I know what you need!

I was contacted via this blog by some architecture students mid to late January to do some rendering enhancements for their undergraduate theses. February, after all, is the thesis defense month for most. Since PHOTOSHOP-ing photos to life is a favorite hobby, I happily agreed to the job.

Vray for SketchUp, Finally!

I now know how to do a decent rendering using Vray for Sketchup! 

I know what some of you are thinking: “Just now?”, but well, I never really understood Vray and its.. complications until an office mate helped me decipher each and every tab and button. This rendering method can help you achieve perspectives that do not look generic and typical. Plus, after a while, you can already establish your own trademark, you can even make your renderings recognizable as your own. But this is also very experimental. I had my own share of hits and misses with this method- some turned out great, others not so. With practice though, I have improved my time, adopted my own style and developed some techniques.
