I don’t blog much about food but when I do, I blog months too late.
Although I am trying to stay focused on blogging about my personal style and about architecture design/rendering, I decided to include something that concerns food and restaurants as a breather!
Looking for a good place in Makati to hang out with your friends — sans the loud music and partying? I recommend Terraz at 3rd floor of the Zuellig Building and Chocolatier along Jupiter street.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, you’ll never go wrong with good company + good food.
Good food? NOLITA (North Little Italy) of Bonifacio High Street Central provided that for us.
Is a trip to Baguio complete without at least a single meal at the famous 50’s Diner? Long waiting lines outside the restaurant say it isn’t.
We have all witnessed the end of 2012 a few days ago and I’m guessing most of us now are already returning to our usual routines after that wonderful holiday (hello 8:30-6:15 work!) but allow me to do a little rewind as I have some umm, left-overs from last year.
As you may or may not know, I ended my 2012 with a short little trip. While pictures from the trip itself (pictures I have yet to sort and edit) require another blog entry, let me give you a glimpse of the dinner my boyfriend, his cousins and I had one cold Baguio December.
Do you know Popoy and Basha? Then you must know the restaurant! You know, the restaurant where some of the best scenes in the movie happened. Haha. One More Chance fan much? Well, I must admit, I liked the movie. 🙂
Forgive me food enthusiasts out there, I know the restaurant can stand on its own without any reference to a local movie. It has been around since 1999 and it serves the best Italian food in the Metro, or at least one of the few restaurants which does. Coupled with great ambiance, it is a definite must-try! I’m happy we chose Bellini’s for our monthly dinner, which happened August 3, which is a bit too late for July, but whatever. 🙂

The exact table from the movie! Lucky the place was almost empty when we arrived. Then it got packed afterwards, but we were still the last group to leave. 
INSIDE INFO: The exact night and time we were there, Basha herself was in the restaurant as well! She was in one of the private rooms with her real-life boyfriend. Well, that adds to the experience. Haha!
